Works as advertised. I had difficulty charging my original NP-FE1 battery (which shipped along with my camera) with this charger. It might be the case that the old original battery has dirty contacts. Charging is a bit slow as always with NP-FE1. Decent product if you are getting it for about $10

I bought this because I knew that my camera wouldn’t break because this was made specifically for it. But it was definitely not worth the $$$. I think I’ll end up selling it =/

We bought this case for our DSC-W50 to take with us on our Hawaiian vacation. We used it several times for snorkeling. In the past, we’d always bought a disposable underwater camera. The pictures from our Sony camera using this case were dramatically better than a cheap disposable, plus, we were able to do videos-one through a school of about 500 fish-a real treat! And no leaks! Occasionally, the camera auto focused on the case lens rather than the subject. All of the buttons worked well through the case on the camera, although a couple of the buttons, especially the mode dial, were a little sticky as compared to using the camera without the case. We found the LCD display very difficult to see underwater and through a mask, so we were more or less required to just “point and shoot”. All in all, this was a bargain purchase that, knowing what I know now, I would have paid a lot more for in order to take it on our trip.

If I could give this a zero I would. The lens cannot open when the camera is inserted. It tries several times and then the camera says “please turn off the camera.” NOT a message you want to see when you are thinking the lens is going to get jammed. Sony is extremely not helpful in replacing this.

Item arrived in good condition in a timely fashion; good packaging. The case suits the H9 but leaves little room for any extra items to be carried. There are no internal compartments inside the case to separate the lid and the open face of the H9 screen from damage. Overall happy with the purchase; made of sturdy material and nicely stitched.
